Abridline provides clothing manufacturing and sourcing services to apparel brands, wholesalers, retailers, and clothing stores worldwide. We specialize in delivering high-quality garments for all ages and genders.

2. Orders and Quotations

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Abridline.
• Quotations provided are valid for the period specified in the quotation. Prices may change due to material cost fluctuations or other unforeseen factors.
• Production will commence only after order confirmation and receipt of required deposits or payments.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are as outlined in the invoice or quotation.
• Full or partial payment may be required upfront depending on the size and nature of the order.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or result in order suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

• Any designs, logos, or trademarks provided by the client remain the property of the client.
• Abridline retains ownership of any designs, patterns, or methods developed by us unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Quality Assurance

• We strive to maintain high-quality standards in all garments manufactured.
• Minor variations in color, fabric, or sizing may occur due to the nature of textiles and manufacturing processes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to production schedules, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the client upon shipment.

7. Returns and Cancellations

• Returns or cancellations are subject to approval and may incur fees based on the stage of production.
• Customized orders or bulk production may not be eligible for return.

8. Liability

• Abridline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant order.

9. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of business.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts having jurisdiction over Abridline’s registered location.

11. Changes to Terms

• Abridline reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or our website.
